- Bubble Heart was an accident. She was made when I had to put a name to a character in a random roleplay where I had a random filly flirt in a non-obvious way with Sour Mint.
- Her personality evolved because of me forgetting things. She started as a flirty filly that dropped subtle hints at sour which eventually 180'd when something scientific was brought up. From there she developed into a character obsessed with figuring things out. When I eventually realized I had forgotten how she flirted in the beginning, she became a more teasing filly and gained the mixture that is her personality.
- Bubble Heart is dense but not. Bubble Heart when speaking in normal conversation often pays attention and tries to read others emotions. However, if her curiosity perks up, she looses this aspect and becomes more dense, focusing only on what she wants to learn about. Becoming oblivious to everything and often forgetting commonsense.
- Bubble Heart's name is because of her heart hairpiece. As I was screwing around with the mane's design when first making her, I could not get it right. I eventually said "screw it" and went with a rounded top. I thought it needed something special to give it more flare. I found the heart image in my downloads folder (I needed it for the basic heart shape in other things) and decided to shove it in there. It worked well and gave me the idea of "Heart" in her name. The "Bubble" came from her potion cutie mark.
- Bubble Heart's mother is actually very wealthy, she isn't poor or anything. She just really enjoys working (Kinda sort of a workaholic) and taking trips for her job. Thanks to this, Bubble rarely sees her mother and is often home alone. She is ignorant of Bubble's feelings about this.
- Bubble Heart is very stubborn. She often tries almost everything until she gets her goals done. Due to this however, she may also pressure others into doing dangerous things. When combined with her obliviousness during her "science mode", as I like to call it, she may completely ignore other ponies feelings about the things she does, even getting into arguments with those she likes. Sour is the only pony that she has tried to stop herself from doing this to. (Not always successful though)
- Bubble Heart swats snoots. Bubble Heart grew up with a group of friends in Fillydelphia, whom taught her the idea that to correct somepony's actions, you need to swat them. Her mother has often talked to her about not doing this as she ended up getting expelled from her school because of this, she doesn't do it much anymore. However, She rarely reverts into old habits when irritated...
- Bubble Heart despises Butterscotch. Preferring things like Strawberries and Blueberries. One of the potions in her lab dissolves butterscotch.
