Bubble Heart was an accident. She was made when I had to put a name to a character in a random roleplay where I had a random filly flirt in a non-obvious way with Sour Mint.
Her personality evolved because of me forgetting things. She started as a flirty filly that dropped subtle hints at sour which eventually 180'd when something scientific was brought up. From there she developed into a character obsessed with figuring things out. When I eventually realized I had forgotten how she flirted in the beginning, she became a more teasing filly and gained the mixture that is her personality.
